Kids Camp!
What do you want for your kids this summer break? They could spend their time sitting in front of the TV and playing on their new computer console...OR they could be with us, challenging themselves to active and fun activities across the island. Pure adventure summer camps are all about having a great time doing activities kids don't get to undertake in everyday life. The kids spend all week working together as a team and will make friends for life. Our activities promote a healthy and enjoyable way of living that will imprint themselves in the memories of children for the rest of their lives! This summer the activities to be included within the summer camps are Blokarting, Sea Kayaking, Coasteering, Rock climbing, Abseiling, RIB trips, Boogie boarding, Zorbing, cycle tour/scavenger hunt, Military combat games and more... Camp will be running from Monday to Friday each week from 26th July. Children will be picked up from Liberation square at 8.45am and returned to the same location at 4.00pm. The last camp of the summer will run from 30th August to the 3rd September! The cost for the week, including transport to and from liberation square is 190. We have limited spaces so now is the time to book. You can do this either by downloading the holiday form from our website and sending it to us with a cheque included, or you can call or email us to reserve your place.
Chausey RIB trips!
For those of you interested in a day trip to the beautiful Island of Chausey, we are now advertising three dates on our website for this fantastic voyage. The dates are 30th June, 11th July and 31st July. Attached to this email are some pictures recently taken of Chausey, and you can also check out various websites which displays other views and information about the Island. For those of you who can read French, this is the direct link to the official Chausey website: http://www.ileschausey.com/. An interesting fact about Chausey is that it has one of the largest tidal ranges in Europe, with up to 14 meters (46 ft) difference between low and high tide. Imagine that coming up the wall in St Helier?! For the trip itself, we will depart from Albert Pier at approximately 9.30am returning to the same location for 5pm. The trip is roughly 1 hour across so there will be plenty of time to explore the island and have a picnic lunch or even visit the local pub. The cost for this unmissable experience is 60 per person. The maximum number of passengers we can take per trip is 12 and we need a minimum of 10 spaces booked to make the trip viable. In addition to these dates if you have a group of 10 or more people interested in a day trip to Chausey we can organise a specific date for you to suit your schedule. You can book this trip now directly on line or call/email the office on the below number/email address.
